Abstract

Metal ions such as Ca2+, Co2+,Mg2+, Mn2+, Mo2+, Na+, K+, Fe3+and Zn2+ etc are depending on the PH and stability. It makes activation o ezymes due to participation in physical and chemical reaction . It is mandatory for complete activation of some enzymes. For Arsenage, Co2+, Mn2+ or bivalent metal ions are required, Similarly for complete activation of Phosphoglucomutase Mg2+, Mn2 or Co2+ ions are required. From activation of enzymes the equilibrium system between production and consumption of energy remain maintained that supports the existence of life.
