Stability constants of mixed metal complex formation by transition metal ions with diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA)

Abstract

The formation constants for mixed metal complexes MIMIIL, where L=DTPA, MI=CuII, MII=CoII,NiII, ZnII CdII have been determined. The mixed metal complex formation of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) with CuII-CoII, CuII-NiII CuII-ZnII and CuII-CdII has been studies. All the studies have been carried out pH tritrimetry at temp- 350C and ionic strength I=0.1M NaNO3. The refinement of(logβ) by SCOGS computer program.
