Technical perspectives of development in autonomous artificial intelligence

Abstract

The use and development of and research on the autonomous system, based on artificial intelligence, have been rapidly growing both in the military and commercial sectors. But due to organizational and cultural factors the imbalance and gap between their capabilities has been regularly widening. This paper explores the causes, status and the effect of the growing artificial intelligence technology in the commercial sector and calls for a timely analysis to maintain a balance between them.
