A comparative study of aggression among the Police personnel in the period of service

Abstract

The main motive of this research pap er is to study Aggression of Police personnel in the period of service. For the study the group of90 Police personnel (30 constables, 30 Sub Inspector and 30 Deputy Superintendent of Police) were chosen from various District ofUttar Pradesh and the Period of service was one year, four year's and eight year's. Thirty subjects were taken in each treatment and each subject was treated individually. The aggression scale constants by Professor S.N. Rai was applied on each subjects.
