Abstract
Now a days, the Internet has created a whole new world of social communications for us and our life is not untouched with "Cyber" i.e. the electronic technology. Cyber bullying is the use of modern internet technology to harass, threaten, embarrass, or target another person. The modem technologies like cell phones, computers, and tablets and social communication tools like social media sites, text messages, chat, and websites were designed with the positive thought of their involvement in the activities like connecting people with friends and family, helping students with school, imparting education and for entertainment etc. but they are now-a-days used with a negative approach to spread rumoms, undesired posts on social networking sites, posting of unwanted and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles. Cyber bullying can be said as Cyber harassment at the youth level. The Cyber bullying is more traumatic since it is harsh, public and moreover anonymous where youth has incomplete, wrong or sometimes no information about nameless attackers. Cyber bullying can happen in various forms at any time of day and night, and also intentionally or accidentally. It is one of the most sensitive issues to be considered.
